I’m a three-time marathon runner, but I didn’t start that way. I began with no plan, no experience — just a need for something to help me feel stronger, more grounded, and more like myself. Running became that outlet. It carried me through some of the hardest chapters of my life, and in many ways, it still does.

That’s why I started Motivated to Run — to share that feeling, and to remind others that running isn’t just about fitness. It’s about finding clarity, building resilience, and showing up for yourself — even when it’s tough.
